The Sarasota Polo Club welcomes groups of 30 or more people who would like to attend a Sunday Polo Match together (maximum group accommodation is around 75 people). This is a great opportunity for large groups to enjoy a Sunday afternoon watching polo without having to arrive simultaneously in general admission. You can relax and arrive just before the game as your reserved space will be waiting for you! So, round up the group, pack the coolers and enjoy a lovely afternoon at the Polo Club!

Groups will receive use of one 10' x 20' tent and one 8-foot banquet table. Also included in the package is a reserved bleacher for exclusive use of your group. Additionally, your group will be recognized on the Sunday handout for the match you are attending. Requirements are as follows:

• $100 deposit required to reserve a tent
• Deposit must be received within two weeks from date of contact
• Deposit will be applied toward final balance due for rental
• Deposits are non-refundable

• Minimum 30 people ($12/person) or minimum payment of $360
• If group has over 50 people, cost is $10 per person
• The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event
• Only checks will be accepted for deposit and payment
• Please make checks payable to the Sarasota Polo Club

Imagine the excitement of your group as one of our professional polo players arrives at your tent on horseback to explain the basics of the game and demonstrate a few shots with the mallet!
