A non-refundable two hundred dollar ($200) security deposit and signed contract are required to reserve a date for an event at the Sarasota Polo Club. Special Events require a non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the estimated rental charges. Deposit must be received within two (2) weeks from the date of contact to guarantee reservation of the date and the facility. Payment is required one (1) week before the reserved date of the event.

The Sarasota Polo Club provides a full bar service for your event. All dispensing of alcoholic beverages must be done by Sarasota Polo Club staff. It is policy that no alcoholic beverages are brought into the Club. We are happy to order any additional selections not included in our usual range of offerings. Please contact your event coordinator for more information.

The Polo Season runs from December through April, and, in the Club's sole discretion, any Club facility rental during this period may be subject to availability restrictions, additional conditions, fees and/or charges.
